3. Account Registration & Security

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
2. You are responsible for all activities performed under your account
3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

WapChat is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use WapChat for:

1. Sending spam, unsolicited, or illegal messages
2. Violating WhatsApp, Meta, or third-party platform policies
3. Harassing, threatening, or misleading recipients
4. Transmitting harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
5. Attempting to bypass platform restrictions or safeguards

You are solely responsible for obtaining proper user consent before contacting any customer via WhatsApp.

5. WhatsApp API Compliance

WapChat operates using official WhatsApp Business APIs.

By using our platform, you acknowledge that:

1. WhatsApp policies and limitations apply
2. Message delivery is subject to WhatsApp approval and availability
3. WapChat does not guarantee message delivery, reach, or response rates

Any violation of WhatsApp policies may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

6. Payments, Plans & Billing

1. Paid plans, pricing, and features are displayed on our website or shared during onboarding
2. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
3. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination

All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the user.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, WapChat:

1. Does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
2. May experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or external dependencies
3. Is not responsible for outages caused by WhatsApp, internet providers, or third-party services

8. Data & Privacy
